Heat the oven to 200 C conventional 190 C fan or gas mark 6. 1 slice the side of the fillet so it can kinda flap open add a spoon of philladelpia inside the chicken and spead out then close the chicken so it looks just like the way it was in the packet.
DIRECTIONS Mix cream cheese chives and lemon juice in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350. Slice a slit in the chicken breast and use your fingers to create a pocket.

Place on the baking tray and bake for c. 20 minutes for a small chicken breast or 25-30 minutes for a larger chicken breast ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked through before serving. Serve immediately with potatoes and a green vegetable of your choice.
If at 30 minutes largest breast is not white all the way through put back for 5-10 mins. Once they are white and cooked remove the juice and put them back in to brown off. Cook and stir bacon in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat until crisp.
Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 teaspoons drippings from skillet.
