Chicken fingers recipe corn flakes. Once the chicken is ready start heating the oil in a large high-sided skillet to 375 F. Combine the garlic powder onion powder paprika cayenne salt pepper flour cornflakes and cornstarch in a shallow baking dish. Add the egg whites into another shallow baking dish.
Transfer the chicken from the marinade and into the egg whites. Add the cornflakes parsley paprika salt and pepper to a food processor and process until the cornflakes are the texture of breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken in your milk and egg mixture then in another bowl dredge your tenders in the cornflake mixture.
I recommend putting the seasoning on the chicken then putting it in the milk mixture then cornflakes or after dipping it in the milk mixture add extra seasoning directly on chicken. I also did not use chicken. Marinate Chicken in sour milk while preparing the cornflake coating.
In a large bowl combine cornflakes flour cornmeal and seasonings. Dip each chicken strip into the cornflake mixture and place on a baking tray. Drizzle each pan with vegetable oil.
